Single Edition

This option is for companies who want their e-newsletter to feature either the principal's signature or the company's name in the closing, but they want clients and prospects to receive the e-newsletter from their respective Sales Rep's name and e-mail address. A copy of the Single Edition can be set up and distributed on behalf of each Sales Rep to his/her contact list.
Single Edition + Sales Rep Edition
If the sales reps in your organization would benefit from sending a personalized e-newsletter to their clients and prospects – as opposed to an e-newsletter featuring only the organization’s identity – this option is for you.
Sales Rep Edition E-Newsletters are personalized as follows:
- Name, photo, signature, telephone and e-mail address (see Newsletter Sample page)
- The “from” field will feature the company name, sales rep name and sales rep e-mail address
The Sales Rep Edition E-Newsletter is only available to companies in conjunction with the Single Edition. The rate for Sales Rep Editions is deeply discounted because the content of the Sales Rep Edition E-Newsletter is identical to the content of the Single Edition, which means less production time is required to set up Sales Rep Editions.

A Note About Our Pricing: We understand that, on occasion, it’s necessary to make graphic/text changes even after you’ve given us final approval. If we can accommodate your request without significantly exceeding budgeted production hours, we will do so at our expense. If we can’t, we’ll let you know the additional charge before proceeding.

| If you are equipped to e-mail your own communications (e.g., using Act! in conjunction with SwiftPage), we will be happy to send you zipped files (HTML and images) for each issue. |

| If you have an existing e-mail marketing account with an E-Mail Service Provider, we will be happy to send you zipped files (HTML and images, plus a text version for each issue for multi-part messaging) to host on their server or yours. |

| If you have an existing account with Constant Contact, you can provide us with your login information and we will handle the setups of your e-mails or we can provide you with the files and step-by-step instructions you need to set up your own Custom Campaigns. (We create all of our designs and HTML code. We only use Constant Contact for distribution and reporting.) |

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We will e-mail or mail (your choice) invoices to you upon the release of each newsletter. Payment is required prior to the setup of your e-newsletter template. Upon approval of your template we will set up your first newsletter. Payment of each issue is required before we release each issue. If you opt for bimonthly newsletters, you are still responsible for your Monthly Constant Contact E-mail Marketing Account Fee and your credit card will be billed accordingly.
